In this role, our RN Nurse is responsible for for directing, planning, evaluation and coordination of care for an assigned group of Members while supporting our Culture of Excellence.
- Responsible for administration of medications and treatments.
- Demonstrates excellent assessment skills and the ability to develop a plan of care of a Member/ Patient.
- Evaluates Member response to care plan, prioritize and implement the appropriate changes to care.
- Notifies Member families with changes to Members plan of care.
- Rearranges unit staff Member assignments as necessary to ensure quality care to all Members.
Certification Requirements
Current NYS Registered Nurse License
Job Requirements
Education: Graduation from an approved school of nursing.
Licenses / Certifications: Current NYS Registered Nurse license
